Shipping & Delivery Policy
Delivery policies - Hong Kong
For orders in Hong Kong, we will use Local Courier provided
by the Hong Kong Post Office or Local Courier Company as our delivery
company. Aspheric.com will deliver your order to the
specified deliver address within 1-3 business days (including
the day of ordering). Please note that we do not deliver to P.O.
Box and hotel.
Orders are processed soon after receipt to ensure that your items
are shipped to you a as possible. For delivery addresses within
Hong Kong delivery charge will be charged base on different location.
Delivery service will be provided from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday
to Saturday. If nobody the delivery address at the time of delivery,
the courier will leave you a card for you to arrange the delivery.
If no one is available to receive your order after two attempts,
your order may be cancelled; you will be responsible for the return
shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of 15% of the total product
purchase price. The balance will then be refunded back to your
credit card.
Please note that we do not deliver on public holidays or when
Typhoon signal number 8 & black rainstorm signal is hoisted.
Delivery policies - international
We use Courier provided by the Hong Kong Post Office & DHL as
our Express delivery company. Please note that we do not deliver
P.O. Box and hotel.
Delivery times to most places are 1 - 3 days.
Kindly bear in mind that, these are estimated deliver only and
we are not responsible for delays due to your country's customs
and/or duty regulations and procedures.
While Aspheric.com cannot guarantee delivery times,
we strive to process orders as soon receive them. International
delivery time may vary, particularly during holiday seasons! Christmas.
Customs Regulations - Taxes or duties
When ordering from Aspheric.com you are considered
the importer of record and must comply with all the laws and requirements
of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your orders
may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and any additional
charges for custom clearance must be borne by you. Aspheric.com
has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility
for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws and/or duties
and taxes. Custom policies vary widely from country to country,
and you should contact your local customs office for further information.
If the package is refused due to your refusal to pay customs
tax and/or duties, and subsequently returned to Aspheric Optics,
you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a
re-stocking fee of 15% of the total product purchase price. The
balance will then be refunded back to your credit card.
